  • Co-Founder

    Gentle has been an active realtor in OKC since 2022 and has been coordinating transactions since 2024. She brings a personal touch to all her transactions and excels at educating buyers and sellers as they navigate this process. Gentle loves hanging out with her three kids and supporting their various interests as well as volunteering around the community. A classic movie nerd and universal lover of music, she’s always on the hunt for her next favorite film or artist.

    An Oklahoma resident for over 20 years, David began his real estate journey in 2012 as an investor in both single-family and multi-family properties before earning his license in 2021. Now with Verbode, he’s known for his strong contract knowledge and his commitment to staying current on forms, requirements, and industry standards. Outside of work, David enjoys traveling, hiking, cycling, and spending time with his twin tabby cats, Chevy and Harry.
